3. Thyroidstorm ① 이전 갑상선 기능 항진증 기왕력이 있는 환자에게 임상적으로 진단. ② palpitation, tachycardia, dyspnea가 흔한 증상. 기타 발열 등. ③ Burchand Wartofskydiagnostic parameter 체온, CNS, GI-Hepatic dysfuction, HR, CHF, A.fib, precipitation gevent 유무 – 45점 이상일 경우 thyroidstorm 강하게 시사한다.
- 25~44점 사이일 경우 thyroid storm 임박-25점 미만은 thyroid storm 가능성 저하

이전 갑상선기능항진증, thyrotoxicosis 병력이 있는 환자가 내원할 경우 임상적 증상을 추측해 진단할 수 있다.
사실 thyroidstorm도 흔한 질환은 아니다.
중요한 것은 이런 질환이 있다는 정도까지는 알고 있어야 하고 치료에 있어서 순서가 중요하다는 것을 기억한다면 직접 환자를 봤을 때 당황하지 않을 것 같다.
